Kungiliya Parpam - snehamsiddha

Kumkiliya Parpam  is a plant based medicinal product in siddha medicine. This medicine is a Parpam variety of medicine. The resin obtained from a tree called Shala tree (Shorea robusta)
The resin is processed in tender coconut water, dried and powdered. This medicine is creamy white in colour.

Indications: Leucorrhoea, painful micturition, Urinary tract infections, gonorrhea, gastric ulcer, glossitis, stomatitis and dysentery
Dose : 200 to 500 mg can be given with ghee, butter or tender coconut water twice daily.
This medicine has haemostatic action also so this can be used as a dusting powder in wounds and cuts. This is also effective in bleeding piles and menorrhagia.
